What as amazing place! Beautifully decorated and very well equipped, the owners have thought of everything! The beds are really comfortable and there is so much space. I always enjoy visiting Le Florentin whenever I’m in Belgium. The ladies at the reception desk were nice and welcoming, the hotel itself is in a great location, and the room was quite spacious. As usual, I enjoyed my meal at the hotel’s restaurant next door.

The staff was Amazing, super gentle. A bigger room was available, so they upgraded us (no additional cost). The breakfast was delicious! I would recommend to have dinner in their restaurant, the service will be top-of-the-notch and the food 1st class! We'll come back!

Fabulous rooms, clean, lots of little unexpected extras which shows that much thought is given for customer comfort. We were visiting with another couple and they were equally impressed. The breakfasts were amazing, not just run of the mill croissants but freshly prepared with care and thought, different experience on each day, but made extra special with a small glass of prosecco on the breakfast table. Corunna also asked what time you would like to take breakfast which meant food was freshly prepared and the table laid out like a banquet. Each room has many different ornaments and unusual objects and given the amount of different pieces throughout the hotel it was spotless without a trace of dust. The small number of staff work extremely hard and the restaurant food is prepared with much care, and a very popular place to visit chill and chat. I don't have anything negative to say
