Car parking is available in front of the house. A nice, spacious room with good bads. Big windows, facing busy street so, unfortunately can't be opened for fresh air. We can recommend app.as a fine place for sleeping and as a start point to discover the surrounding places. Must be said there is a shower exactly in the room, beside a bad what is not so bed! Toilet 🚽 is out of app.

Breakfast was a buffet in a room overlooking the large terrace, which would be accessible in warm weather for meals or drinks, and for general relaxation. The choice of breakfast food was wide, with all the necessary components plus proper frehly made coffee, a wide variety of cereals, and fresh warm pastries. Our room was spacious, clean and modern in design and furnishing, whereas the building is old, being a converted Farm House. Everything was tastefully presented, with all our requirements catered for, including a brilliant shower and bath. The Hotel was quiet and clearly built to the design of the owner, who is a particular man, keen to please, and very communicative. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem with a car tyre, which the staff quickly solved by directing us to a local firm who fixed it FREE OF CHARGE!

The town has potential with planned developments to upgrade the riverside .., a nice market place, friendly people serving good food and good services. Clean. Really nice old traditional and some interesting landmarks and history. Bakery with really nice quality familiar pastries at surprisingly attractive prices on the market place very friendly people.

A charming town on the border.

A charming town on the border. A small river separates it from France, and Halluin is easily accessible on foot. It boasts fine dining and shopping. For those staying here, a day trip to Lille is also highly recommended. Or take a walk through the surrounding countryside, where sunflower fields and meadows stretch to the distant horizon.

Menen is a small, multicultural city.

Menen is a small, multicultural city. We stayed there to visit family. It was nice to be back after all these years. The accommodation is within walking distance of the city center and a beautiful, modern park in between.

Great comfortable apartment, equipped with everything you need. The outer room is great for more space and perfect when the sun shines in. The outdoor area is good too on nice sunny days we had. Good location, walking distance to Menen about 10 minutes & 3km to Wevelgem, all on the same road as the apartment. Close to supermarkets, a Spar only 1.5km towards Wevelgem & another a 5 minute drive into France.
