We decided to stay in Oudenburg as to have only another hour or so after crossing the channel on our way to Lithuania. It was a Thursday night and there were no restaurants open for food. People were unfriendly. I will definitely never stay there again

The hotel is lovely and clean with a homely feel. The lady that runs the hotel is very welcoming and has lots of information and tips for the local area. The room was a good size and has everything that you need. The real stand out was the food - we had dinner and breakfast and the quality of the food was outstanding. All homemade and very delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

On a tour of Europe with the family, 2 kids,.4 hotels, over 9 nights. This was my favourite location we stayed at for 2 nights. -clean, beautiful apartment room with nice views over the horses in the field. -hospitable hosts who are happy to help in terms of directions/advice. However, you have privacy at the property -very satisfying breakfast -very relaxing feel and close to Bruge

Beautiful rural surroundings, peaceful and comfortable hotel in a small village. Good location for day trips to Ostend and Bruges. Lovely to sit outside with a drink overlooking fields. Ingrid was very helpful in arranging a doctor's visit for me. Delicious, varied breakfast and home- cooked supper. Would like to return.

The lady of the hotel was most friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The ambiance of the entry and dining area is wonderful with many objects of interest. The hotel grounds are lovely and there is a lake nearby with a good walking track.
