We were looking for a new four-star hotel with a convenient location in Sofia and discovered Hotel Novita. It turned out to be a true gem-modern, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The apartments are spacious, stylish, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and convenient stay. You can really see the attention to detail, the atmosphere is elegant, and the view of Vitosha is truly breathtaking. Hotel Novita combines class, tranquility, and genuine hospitality. The restaurant impresses with innovative dishes and incredibly delicious desserts that are worth every bite. In addition, it offers free underground parking, which was a huge convenience for us. At the end of January, we’ll be back in Sofia, and we already have our place. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality and comfort!

Despite my late, after midnight arrival, Victoria did an amazing check in, her kindness was above all expectations (speaking as a frequent traveller to Bulgaria) and she made my stay special from the first moment with all important information and her kind manners. The room itself is very spacious, comfortable and clean, with all necessary facilities. The location is perfect, for guests who know Sofia, as it’s not the in the Center, however it’s located at a nice part of the city, easy to come in and out, specially if you have your own car. All in all, a beautiful and value for money place to stay!
