Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Yuri. :-) The guest house is spacious in a big garden. You can make use of all the amenities, like the BBQ and the bar areas. Trigrad is beautiful and pittoresque and worth a visit, especially the cave. We will be back!

Very clean apartment with great view of the surroundings. Good value for money. Good location. The village is charming. There are a few nearby restaurants serving nice local food. The host - a great lady - provided excellent information about the history of the village, places to visit, and tracks for hiking. Bring cash. There are rarely places where you can pay with a card. There is an ATM in the village .

The Horlog Castle is The Location! Nestled between the magnificent Trigrad Gorge, it offers everything a tourist would need - location, kind hosts, delicious food, fresh air, spectacular views, interesting information about the Rhodope Mountains and its flora and fauna. A couple of tourist paths start from the Castle - easy to follow and well-marked. The Devil's Throat is just 5-10 minutes walk away. We will definitely go back!

Perfect location for Eagle's Eye climb (as well as Devil's Path). There is a stable that offers horse riding next door, and the person in charge was super kind. Our room had an amazing view of the Rhodope mountain at sunset. The 'mekitsi' for breakfast are really good.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The hosts were incredibly accommodating — due to a delayed flight, we had to check in at midnight and they welcomed us warmly without hesitation. During our stay, they even went above and beyond by helping us fix a punctured tire, which was a lifesaver. On our last day, they kindly assisted us with transportation from Gela back to Borino. The hospitality and generosity here truly made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended!
