March 2025. I give the Hyatt a full five stars. My stay was perfect. I enjoyed the food the most. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Having stayed at the hotel several times, I had the impression that the quality had improved. The minor issue that the restaurant staff is poorly trained and speaks very little English doesn't change my rating.

We had an amazing stay and truly enjoyed our time at Lake Panorama Apartment. The apartment is new, beautifully designed, and very spacious — it immediately felt like home. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location offers easy access, and the view of the lake is absolutely stunning. Near Hyatt Hotel and restaurants. Stayed in these apartments before so I knew the routine regarding handing over the keys and so on. Room was totally up to expectations with a pleasant balcony to take in the Autumn sunshine. A 20-minute walk into town and two good restaurants. I think there was a bit of movement in the bathroom tiles, judging by the flaking and hollow sounds coming from them, but nothing to detract from a superbly presented room in a very convenient location.

Not for staying there even a night. It was dirty, smelling bad, furniture old and smelling also bad. Everything bad. Only the air conditioning was nice.

We were welcomed like old friends even though this was the first time we were visiting the place. The room was very spacious and very warm (weather outside was cold). The dinner was amazingly delicious, compliments to the chef! Truth is that the area of Etropole totally exceeded my expectations. We found an amazing track nearby that led us to a monastery and waterfall. We came across the Sunday market and bought some delicious groceries for a very good price. I would definitely recommend everybody to stop by.
