This is an excellent hotel that makes you want to come back! With a great location, very close to the center, with beautiful views around. Friendly staff, perfect cleanliness, spacious modern rooms. Breakfast is wonderful! Large selection of food and very tasty. This is not my first stay at the hotel, and next time I will also stay here with pleasure!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome — every interaction was professional, courteous, and warm. The service was consistently outstanding throughout our stay, with every detail attended to promptly and with a smile. The interior design deserves special mention: tasteful, modern, and impeccably maintained, creating an atmosphere of comfort and understated elegance. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into both aesthetics and functionality. The food was another highlight — fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious at every meal. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the culinary team delivered excellence across the board. We appreciated the variety, quality, and local touches in every dish. Overall, this was one of the most seamless and enjoyable hotel experiences we’ve had. Every element — from service to setting — contributed to a stay that felt both relaxing and refined. We stayed for one night and really enjoyed it. The hotel has a modern decor, everything was clean and tidy. There is beautiful recessed lighting everywhere. The staff were very nice and gave us some local tips. Our apartment room was very spacious with lots of storage, very soft and clean carpet. The beds were firm enough for us as we like hard beds. It's an oversized bed. The furniture in the room was all modern and clean. The room had heating and separate air conditioning. There is a minibar with kettle, iron and ironing board was also present. The bathroom is very spacious and clean with nice dim lighting at night. Breakfast was a little bit basic - sausages, scrambled eggs, salami, cheese, tomatoes etc with tea, fresh juice. The products were tasty though and the restaurant is very nice. The location of the hotel is great too next to a small park and only few minutes walk from the main street leading to old town. We cannot recommend it highly enough and will be back.

My room was an oasis of sophistication and comfort. The attention to detail in the decor was astounding, combining modern aesthetics with timeless elegance. The plush bed, adorned with high-quality linens, provided a cocoon of comfort, and the thoughtful touches in the room showcased the hotel's commitment to excellence. The view from my window was a picturesque glimpse into the city’s heart. The breakfast was filled with delightful surprises that brought me back to my European roots. Each dish artfully presented and only locally sourced. The hotel's amenities were a testament to its boutique charm. This hotel is probably the nicest we have stayed in in Bulgaria. The attention to detail, which includes a Dyson hairdryer! Is 5 star. The food was a highlight, generous portions, fresh ingredients, served by friendly staff in a lovely alfresco setting despite being in the built up area of Veliko Turnovo. A short walk from Tsarevets and the Archeological Museum. A special touch is car parking, though in the street, is paid by the hotel. If you dont manage to secure a room here come to eat!
