The hotel is new and very nice. The staff is polite and friendly. The food is good.

The apartment was very nice and big, it even has a sauna! Communication with the host was great even though she didn’t speak English perfectly! Great spot to reach the nearby station tombs, the freedom monument and the incredible UFO like communist building on top of the mountain, I highly recommend going there for sunset as we were the only ones there and the colours were incredible

Traditional Bulgarian breakfast was delicious. The team at the Front desk was very professional and polite. They gave us short/fruitfull briefing on Kazanlak city, including suggestions to visit Rosarium (Museum of roses) and Damascena - a must see open air museum.
