Amazing staff, front reception during day and night. The people speak English which was very helpful. Antonio in the morning from across receipting (Luz Tours) was very kind and incredible who got us kickstarted and gave valuable information about things to do in Foz do Iguacu. Highly recommend!

First and foremost, the staff! So accommodating and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed was massive, all facilities were great and the breakfast was extensive. The hotel is so conveniently located near the Rodoviaria and only a short bus ride to the bus terminal for onward connections to Iguaçu Falls and to cross the border into Argentina.
