The family room was great - clean and spacious with a good shower. The pool and hot tub were lovely and relaxing after a day on the road. The breakfast was excellent.

Lovely and clean, all the facilities necessary for a one night stop over- excellent value! Easy to walk into town from, onto paths and nature trails. Fantastic restaurant (Moose Mulligans) next door. We paid more for our motel in a different town the previous night and it had been shocking- was amazed that this spot was 100 times better for less money!

Have you ever the host worrying about your safety and checking on you progress constantly? I never had it and that's what Johanna did in our recent stay. She was worried about the wild fire for us and even shared her number. It touched me a lot. It's also awesome to be greeted by her friendly smiling face after a long ride. I also liked it that she checked on you before checking you in then she shared wine and cheese to welcome us. Then it was even better when Randy made the wine. The bedroom and bathroom is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. I just wished that I had stayed another day. Finally, Randy was there to chat up with us as we prepared to leave at 7am. Heart warming to have someone sending you off as we set for a 5.5hrs drive. Also it set all of us in better mood. Cheers to Johanna n Randy.

Honestly this was the nicest loveliest motel I’ve ever stayed in. We were just wanting an overnight in this perfect little town with a lakeside beach and waterfront restaurant, but this place exceeded all expectations.

Everything, The place is very cozy, the owner is very professional and nice. Gave us home made jam, eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers… delicious!!! Great stay!!!
