Angus is a satellite community to Barrie, ON.
Angus is a satellite community to Barrie, ON. Scenic, rolling hills full of farms and estate properties on large lots. If you like nature and a rural life, Angus has it. Plus, the community has all the modern businesses that make life convenient (restuarants, grocery stores, mechanical repair services, motels, and ecological recreation).

The guy at the desk was nice and friendly.
The guy at the desk was nice and friendly. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The room was very clean and tidy, bed comfy but the pillows were not comfy for me. But that's nothing. Angus is a nice quiet Town. We had a restaurant close by where ate. The food was good. This hotel is very convenient for local shopping. Am going to stay there again. And I will recommend this place for a nice little getaway.

I stayed in Angus, as a base to fish the Nottawasaga River...
I stayed in Angus, as a base to fish the Nottawasaga River for Great Lakes Steelhead. Unfortunately during my stay the river was blown out and the Steelies were just not there.
Nevertheless, I was close enough to other options.
I'd stay here again when the Steelies are running! :-)
I stayed at the Inn with my Rhodesian Ridgeback, Maya.
She love the bed, too! :-)

This lovely new home was above and beyond anything we could have ever imagined.. spacious, beautifully appointed, gorgeous decor. , every amenity one could foresee needing. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud !. When I think we could have been stuck in a dingy hotel for as many $$ or more, it was a terrific bargain. Our gracious host was readily available for any requests we had. Wish we could have stayed longer.Definitely a keeper when we visit our son and family again living in Barrie.

This is my go to motel when I stay in Angus! It is always clean and very comfortable! The service is exceptional and always friendly! Would highly recommend

Very clean and comfortable . I would much rather stay there than a hotel in Barrie that would be more than double the price with half the value
