It is a cute little town in the middle of some beautiful scenery. You can walk anywhere in the town. The downtown core is particularly cute. The fall fair (the Interior Provincial Exhibition) is a must see!

We loved our stay in this newly renovated suite—it was spotless and felt fresh and new. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, including an espresso machine, which was such a nice surprise. They even went the extra mile by providing coffee supplies, a loaf of bread, milk, and orange juice. The location worked perfectly for us, as we were attending an event just outside of Armstrong. It truly felt like a home away from home. Hope we get a chance to stay again!
The room was immaculate. The outside of the hotel was no indication of how nice the inside was. There were " No Smoking"rooms however most rooms had a small outdoor deck with a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the weather or smoke( I don't smoke). There was no elevator BUT the person at the desk carried my bag up the stairs to my room. It seemed to be newly renovated.
