The rooms are not fully renovated as described on the hotel’s website, but they have been refreshed and are clean and comfortable. The property appears to be family-run, with clear effort made to provide a reasonable level of comfort within practical limits. The surroundings are pleasant, and a variety of amenities are available within a 5-minute drive to downtown Bayfield. The on-site restaurant is quite good, and I appreciate the effort to maintain quality despite fluctuating demand, ranging from busy long weekends to quieter weekdays.

Location was perfect. Quiet at this time of year and within an easy, few minute drive to Bayfield and a short drive to Goderich. The beds and pillows were comfy. Added bottled water was a plus. Also a microwave, small fridge and coffee was available to use. Contactless check-in was easy and hosts were friendly and provided great communication.

Easy access to entry code, very clean inside, location was a short drive to bayfield downtown restaurants. We sat by the pool in the morning with a coffee and read and it was very quiet and peaceful. The little kitchen was well equipped with essentials (eg plates, cutlery etc) lots of towels, air conditioning worked well.

The hotel was cozy and clean and very comfortable!!!
