A hidden gem!

A hidden gem! A perfect rural town set in bucolic countryside amazingly close to the 401 and Toronto. Delightful setting on the Trent River. Enough amenities (like restaurants) to accommodate tourists but not enough to spoil the rural characters of the town.

Clean ,quiet at night, bed comfortable, this used to be old cheese Factory and front is still under renovation. So you don’t have a polish look to it. I will recommend this place if you do not mind a rustic setting. I was visiting family so I didn’t take full advantage of what this place has to offer, like fishing, scenic river views if you go into the back yard., walks in the middle of town. I was also able to extend my day by a day as well. All in All, these accommodations suited all my needs. Al l

Amazing Historic Inn right in the heart of the town of Campbellford. Walking distance to grocery store, pubs, drug store and the main part of town. The Homemade Breakfasts by Kimberly were AMAZING. She would ask what time you wanted breakfast and it would be ready for you as soon as you came down to the fine dining table, already set up for breakfast. The beds were super comfortable as was the bedding. This charming home is a MUST stay if you want to be in Campbellford. Kimberly is the best host.

The apartment is comfortable and cozy. There is a full kitchen, and the host leaves food for guests to make a delicious breakfast (eggs, milk, bread, pancake mix, cereal, etc). The property is on the banks of the historic Trent River, and the Trans-Canada hiking trail is just a short walk away. In the summer months, many of the nearby towns have charming local fairs, so there is lots to do in an around Campbellford. We will definitely come back.

This is a hidden gem with well-cared for rooms and friendly staff. I can't think of anything we didn't like about the location. I will definitely book again in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations in the Campbellford area.

The apartment is warm and cozy, with a sitting area and a kitchen. It is located in the charming town of Campbellford, on the Trent River. Ferris Prov Park is nearby. The host provides a fresh milk, eggs, bread, and other supplies for breakfast!
