The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the service delightful. We arrived very late from the airport and only had a short stay, but it was great, and not terribly expensive. Easy to access, parking, etc.

We could relax and enjoy the nature around the house. We got to see a deer at the back of thr house during breakfast. Dennis and Mirka were very friendly, I was glad to have a lovely home cooked breakfast after 1.5 weeks on the road.

We are traveling. We took 2 days off to relax in style. Breakfast was included. Bacon. Eggs. Potatoes. Pancakes and cereal. Coffee. Swimming pool with hot tub. Lovely. I love a very hot bath. This room didn’t disappoint. Water was hot and fast filling. We asked for a quiet room and ground level as no elevators. We were very happier with our stay. The price was discounted. I liked that. Tip Before Booking Contact Wyndam Hotels Cooperate, find out if building heating issues have been addressed. If not Book Elsewhere. Note all Days Inn Locations are like this others ie Calgary are fine and much supperior as far as heating goes. Too bad this location reflects badly on the rest of the Chain.

Monday and Tuesdays many sites and building are closed in...

Monday and Tuesdays many sites and building are closed in Cranbrook, and when they are open they close too early. Fort Steele Wed to Sun 9:30-4pm very poor managing of a tourist sight. If I knew this I would not have planned on going to Cranbook on those days and would have choose a different highway to travel in the mountains and went to different locations.

Great location to use as a basecamp for exploring southeastern British Columbia. Good restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and local history like the Railway Museum... and it's massive collection of vintage railcars.

The Heritage is the most awful hotel we’ve ever stayed in.

The Heritage is the most awful hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Front desk was rude when I mentioned the rooms were filthy. Hair and dirt and I’m not sure what else was in our bed. Breakfast was inedible and he charged us $35 extra?! The hot tub was so unbelievably hot it was unusable. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Highly recommended place to stay especially if you want to...

Highly recommended place to stay especially if you want to get away from the traffic noise. Situated not too far from downtown. We ate at the golf course restaurant, not too far away and you don't have to go downtown. Restaurant name is Clubhouse Casual. We were just passing through and weren't very interested in the city.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It felt like home. The breakfast vouchers were an unexpected bonus! It was very convenient to have breakfast and dinner available in the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I LOVED the gym they provided!!! Best gym in a hotel stay yet. That alone exceeded my expectations. Nice pool and hot tub too! You could live there!

Staff were excellent particularly Indian ladies at reception.Room was good. Restaurant in the hotel was 3rd party owned. It is Mediterranean food and thus different to what one considers tradional. Good however! It was typical of a number of the groups hotels I have stayed in and met all their standards. Indians on reception were special!

Jim, Front desk was so attentive, welcoming and ensured we had a great stay. He had great knowledge of events and must sees in Cranbrook. We'll be back as we didn't have enough time to enjoy the trails.
