Replied to the questions on my iphone and when I checked the review, words were miss so I need to clarify. Hot water needed several minutes to heat up. The sink plug mechanism didn't work to hold the water in the vanity sink.

Mediocre, misleading, NOT A RESORT.

Mediocre, misleading, NOT A RESORT. Had to travel back to another town for food, the beaches, lakes, activities, etc. There was nothing to do on site. Nothing available on site. It appears to be a trailer park and marina that decided to make some extra cash by having motel rooms, but they call themselves a resort and post beautifully tailored pictures on their website. Incredibly misleading, scam-like behavior. The staff was lazy and vague.

Friendly owners who are keen on making your stay welcoming. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. The resort itself is quiet (we were there in the middle of winter) but gorgeous with all the snow!

It was a great short vacation as a first timer at the Sunshine coast with my daughter Shania before she start her university. We feel welcomed and safe when we arrived at Martha and Jack’s guest house… We are satisfied with everything, very accommodating couple, very clean room and what I love the most is the quiet nature overlooking lake from our balcony when we wake up in the morning .. we visited all the places in our list with the help of Martha giving us ideas. She’s been serving us with her freshly baked goodies too. Thank you both for your kindness! We are looking forward to see the beauty of winter at the coast and for sure will stay at Jack and Martha’s property !! ❤️ was relaxed and enjoyed! Polym & Shania ❤️

Good place for families if you do not need any services (...

Good place for families if you do not need any services (eating out etc.) as everything closes by 7pm, and on weekdays many restaurants are not opened. Otherwise nice views but then we have lots elsewhere with more competitive hotel prices.

Awesome little resort in Garden Bay. We’ve stayed multiple times and are usually with another couple, 4 people total, and get a cabin with a private hot tub. Very quiet, picturesque, well-kept grounds. Beautiful views. Nice to have full cooking capabilities.

It's been 20 years since we visited the Sunshine Coast, so be able to stay so close to the water was wonderful. We enjoyed renting a kayak and cruising around Garden Bay. The suite was lovely and clean. The staff were very helpful.

Cabins were very well maintained, clean and well equipped. Fantastic location on Garden Bay. Would love to visit a bit longer during the summer as the waterfront location looks like it would be very relaxing.

Every corner is clean and tidy, and I think it was a great place to bring women and children. A detailed explanation of the equipment used was also helpful. It felt like staying in a hotel.
