Room was huge and very comfortable (slightly dated decor if that matters to you, but we didn't mind). Communal areas were smart and up-to-date and very attractive, with the main breakfast room featuring tiers of terraced dining areas overlooking the little swimming pool, with plenty of light and lots of plants to give it a nice ambiance. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide range of options including two waffle makers to make your own on the spot. Complimentary coffee and tea was available for much of the day in the front lobby. Also a coffee maker in the room. Loads of parking.

The room and bathroom were decorated and equipped to a very high standard. Parking bay was very large thus avoiding irritating neighbours. Snow clearance was excellent and particularly clearing snow off my vehicle. The cleaning lady was very accommodating and helpful. The gentleman tending to manage the parking was very friendly and helpful. Location close to downtown and very convenient for visiting tourist spots.

This is an absolute gem if you're visiting the Muskoka region, with a large group and puppies/kids with lots of rooms and space to run around. Roza & Stephen were amazing with the hospitality and support, even during the long weekend. Hoping to stay again next year!
