Disappointed that the online booking did not advertise that...
Disappointed that the online booking did not advertise that the water slide is permanently closed, so we had some very disappointed kids with us, additionally it did not say we needed to book a pool spot due to hockey tournament, perhaps in the future the hockey teams need to book specific hours not the entire day/night and leave some space for average guests.

The hotel is older but the rooms have been updated. Beds are comfortable.
Heating system is quiet, which is important to me. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was adequate considering the room price.

it was listed as a 2 star hotel, but it was quite nice. Spacious, good beds. Pillows could be better. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

Great location , breakfast was good , the best jacuzzi from all hotels on the AB to Sydney NS Trans-Canada Hwy
