Weather was great compared to rain in Vancouver and the dry, almost desert like valley was quite beautiful with the morning and evening lighting. So much different from when we were last there (passing through), some 6-7 years ago. Sorry but I don't have my photos uploaded yet./.............

Perfect for a one night stop over en route to the Kootenays from the Lower Mainland. Onsite breakfast and dinner meant we didn't have to try to trailer a boat to another location to eat. Very good value.

A great old fashioned Canadian town - good places to eat and finest fruit and vegetables grown locally. The Valley is gorgeous. I also recommend the Crows Nest Winery for dinner - it has live music on weekends and is a foodies delight.

Surrounded by breathtaking scenery and lush fruit orchards, Keremenos is a truly peaceful escape. The village is small but full of charm, and the warmth and hospitality of the local people made my stay unforgettable. If you’re looking to experience authentic Mediterranean countryside living, Keremenos is the perfect retreat.

I would definitely stay there again.

I would definitely stay there again. The woman at the front desk gave us directions to walk to the river, and then ended up giving us a ride as she saw us walking after she had finished her work day!! Made me want to come and spend a few days in Keremeos!

Keremeos is a small town, set in an attractive narrow valley. It has many good fruit and vegetable stands, with locally grown produce. We like to stop there in the Fall for a great selection including organic choices. The rooms at Orchard View are a better price than in the Okanagan and the restaurant next to the motel serves delicious East Indian food.

So quiet! Even in July, I couldn't believe how peaceful it was. Ample parking. Breakfast! If you're gluten-free and dairy free it's not so good, but I wasn't even expecting breakfast for the price! Bed and pillows were comfortable. AC - thank you! It was so hot, the AC was a miracle. Mr. Dragon was very kind and upgraded me to a room with a kitchenette where I was able to make my own meals. That was so helpful! This room was worth the price. Also, everything in Keremeos was within walking distance of the motel.

Everything was amazing! The hotel team thought of every single detail you might need during the stay. Inside the room, there were all kitchen appliances which was surprising. Also, in the room, there is a book with all info you need to know about the stay and about the village, recommendation about what to visit etc. The breakfast is beyond any expectations! It was wonderful! Huge and super tasty!

Being able to access trails, gardens, restaurants, and fruit stands by foot with our dog is important to us. Having a comfortable hideaway from life's bustle is a priority. The bonus, metaphorical gold nugget was connecting with kind, interesting, and wise people like M&S. Our first time in Keremeos was improved because of our hosts, space, and the neighborhood corner.

Very comfortable bed. Lovely friendly host. This would have to be the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. It was immaculate. The licensed restaurant next door serves Indian cuisine as well as pasta and fabulous (huge) pizza. Very reasonably priced.

Keremeos is an oasis in an otherwise busy world. This home is surrounded by beautiful mountains, rivers, and vineyards. Angela is a lovely lady who will go leaps and bounds to correct all the kinks.
