The beds were very comfortable. Pillows were clean ( very important to me!). Room was clean & well appointed. It was nice & quiet.

the location was quiet and so relaxing. We had an absolutely wonderful time at Emily’s house! The house is not only beautiful and very cozy, but also perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need – and spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace and simply taking in the peaceful atmosphere. What truly makes Velvet Fern Guesthouse special is the thoughtful and loving attention to detail: everything was personally and carefully prepared for our arrival, including a lovely breakfast and bikes we could use – such a kind touch!
