We were just traveling through on our way home from a road...
We were just traveling through on our way home from a road trip but we travel through Napanee often on our way to Ottawa, Montreal or visiting PEC. It's a cute town. There's great coffee at Coffee Cravings and I always visit Starlet - a great little shop. Now we know that the Fox motel is a good little place if we need an overnight or more. Just a little out of town.

Small town atmosphere.
Small town atmosphere. Took a taxi to the restaurant & back to motel which was a very reasonable ride. What we liked might not be for other tourist but I recommend Nappanee. They also have a boat tour which Wife & I didn't get too but always another time.

Napanee is a quaint and quiet town. The scenery is lovely.
Napanee is a quaint and quiet town. The scenery is lovely. The main street has several artisan shops, bakeries and cafes. The Waterfront Restaurant is a great eatery with attractive landscaping and outdoor sitting. You can relax and cruise the river in a pontoon boat or sit in the park and watch and there is a wonderful playground for children. It's a great experience for all ages

-Welcoming and friendly owner, even though it was after 22:00 when we arrived
-Very clean room and bathroom
-Large room with a dresser, a small coffee maker and supplies, nice seating area and flat-screen TV
-A good fridge and microwave
-A really good air-conditioning/heating unit with adjustable temperature and fan. It was a hot day/night and the A/C worked beautifully
-A window that opened
-A very comfortable pillow-top bed

The host Billy was super friendly, responsive and helpful. He answered all our questions and even gave us some recommendations of things to do in the area. It was a great base to explore Prince Edward Country and Kingston. It’s definitely not a luxury apartment, but it was perfect for our use and the price reasonable compared to other options.

I loved the quaintness of the hotel and the staff were very welcoming. The hotel property was very conveniently located close to where I was visiting friends in the Bay of Quinte. Napanee is also a very beautiful Ontario town.

The free breakfast and coffee were nice to have on site. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. I was staying with my daughter and the room was spacious and the beds comfortable.
