Great breakfast, including omelets! Dog friendly was a big plus as we travel with ours often. Easy parking - lots of space. Great area of grass for the dogs to do their business. Will stay here again.

Awesome staffs, from the Filipino gentleman who checked us in, and special thanks to Adora and Miranda for looking after my family during the breakfast service!🙌 Second time visit here, celebrated my wife's birthday and the kids wanted to dip in a pool. I would like to thank the management and all staff there as they make our stay so comfortable.Actually,the place is in the middle of West Edmonton Mall and North gate which has many Malls.In addition,the hotel has restaurant for all meals.Also all receptionists are helpful as they give you all information about life in Edmonton including transportation and shopping.We are planning to come back as it's safe and quiet area.Many thanks

    St Albert is easy to get around.

    St Albert is easy to get around. Many stores along the main road. St. Albert has a lot of history. The old part of St Albert is on Ste Anne street which is full of interesting little shops. The first church built by Father Lacombe is on top of the hill. Very interesting history. Well worth taking time to explore St. Albert.

    Our original room had a bad TV reception.

    Our original room had a bad TV reception. After the technician couldn’t fix it, we were moved to a room with a whirlpool tub!! Andrew at the front desk was amazing and very helpful!! We have nothing to complain about at all!! St.Albert is beautiful!!

    We spent two days in a heavy snowfall while in Saint Albert visiting our grandchildren. We didn’t see or experience much of the city. We were really glad that the Holiday Inn was so cosy and accommodating.

    St. Albert is a sprawling prairie city that appears to be preparing itself for growth. Hwy 2, aka "the St. Albert Trail" (the trail), cuts through the town offering a reasonably quick trip from South to North and beyond. (If you're familiar with Kelowna, think Harvey Ave (hwy 97) but one that actually flows during peak traffic times). It seems that most of the city's shopping and other amenities (restaurants, banks, gyms) are along the trail or else downtown. On Saturdays from June to sometime in September there's a brilliant farmers market downtown that's worth visiting. There are some nice walking trails out near the enormous sports field complex in the southwest part of town near Big Lake (John E. Poole wetlands) and the Enjoy Centre.

    Great hotel, it has a really friendly feel. The free breakfast was amazing! We really enjoyed the waterslide and pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Its in a great location just off the main road and near restaurants, grocery store and other shopping.

    The hotel was nice and clean, the staff were really nice, the check in process was quick and easy and they allowed me to pay a cash deposit. The beds were comfy and the jacuzzi tub was worth the price. Would definitely stay here again.

    The breakfast was the best hotel free breakfast I had in a long time. Waffle machine eggs hash browns it was delicious. The front foyer was comfortable and beautiful.The price was excellent value.We wil be coming back again for sure.

    We booked a wheel chair access at time of booking but on arrival this was not what the hotel had booked. We were forced to pay 40% more due to my wife's disabilities. Not Happy with bookings.com.
