My partner and I stayed here to attend an event. He and I were immediately struck by how professional and consistent the service was here. I have a lot of experience staying in Toronto hotels and this is certainly one of the best experiences I've had from that perspective. We were in a beautiful room that felt more like a junior suite. Immaculately clean, very comfortable and well-appointed. As we were staying mid week I think we must have gotten a slightly discounted rate, as it felt like an absolute steal for the price. Very happy and would like to return sometime :)

The Royal structure & decor preserving elements of History that are very interesting to know. In general hotels to this level of detail are very selective. Having this experience made me really understand how good it feels to be a tourist. The entire Team makes justice to its elegance with a fantastic welcoming smile and attitude. Jin deserves our special thanks for going out of his way to show us around and recommend the best places to go. This is the best hotel we ever stayed in. From the moment of booking, the staff reached out & offered any support ie. time of arrival; any spa or special trips etc. We got excellent help from the reception & concierge team (shout out to Dean). We were upgraded too, but honestly it was a beautiful hotel, so spacious & well appointed in every way. Room service was fabulous too, lots of choice, amazing quality & arriving promptly. We ordered a car to take us on a trip & one to go back to the airport. So easy. Staff were exceptional & the epitome of 5star service!

Google gets as lost as I do!

Google gets as lost as I do! It's faster to ask for directions! i.e I wanted to see the Hockey museum that was an 8 minute walk. I was still walking an hour later! Also the Roy Thompson theater was a lot closer than trusting Google maps!

I'm not really a city person but it was my first trip to...

I'm not really a city person but it was my first trip to Canada and I wanted to explore it fir a couple of days. I enjoyed visiting Casa Loma and Allan Gardens and the hop on hop off bus was a great way to see the main areas of the city centre. If I returned with my husband we'd go to more areas hut I didn't feel I wanted to go to some areas on my own.

Always love a trip to Toronto from Kingston , lots to see and do , ie : went to the Royal winter fair , used the street cars to get around easily , enjoyed the restaurants , had a gift card for the spaghetti factory . Most places easy to walk out street cars.

Always enjoy visiting Toronto.

Always enjoy visiting Toronto. With a Presto card it is very easy to get from the airport by train and travel around the city in the subway and for looking round the city in comfort, by tram. Loads of local places to eat and the harbour front has come on in spades as a relaxed place to be over the years. The city is lively, full of nice people and far less hassle than most large cities, particularly as the transport is so easy.

There were so many places to visit in the city. The museums were exceptional! The food was great and represented many different ethnic cuisines! Toronto is so cosmopolitan and great for multi-generational family members!

It had an amazing breakfast, great location, and I was I love with our room. I have never stayed in a hotel in Toronto so I’m very glad this was my first one. I was looking for a hotel in the downtown district so I could walk everywhere and this was exactly what I needed. Check in took me like 1 minute which made getting there even better. Worth every dollar. p.s. the bed was so comfy.

The Yonge Suites are located in Downtown Toronto with a a shopping mall just across the streets, many restaurants and cafes are in walking distance. Room was spacious, check in was easy, breakfast was great, shuttle to airport was very useful (every 30 minutes and only takes 5 minutes). This hotel was a more affordable solution to exploring Toronto without paying downtown prices - airport line to union station every 15 minutes and less than 30 minutes journey time.

This hotel is in a lovely historic building perfect for the main downtown area of Toronto including the Scotiabank Arena and Union Station. Rooms are big and well equipped with comfy beds. Staff are friendly and helpful and offered good advice about local attractions. Really easy to get an uber if needed.
