Toronto is a vibrant, cosmopolitan city that truly offers...

Toronto is a vibrant, cosmopolitan city that truly offers something for everyone. The downtown area feels safe, walkable, and full of energy — with world-class restaurants, theatres, museums, and waterfront walks all within easy reach. The mix of cultures makes dining and social experiences wonderfully diverse, and the people are unfailingly polite and welcoming. Public transport is efficient, and landmarks like the CN Tower, St. Lawrence Market, and Distillery District are must-sees. A city that blends modern sophistication with genuine warmth — I’d return without hesitation.

Love Toronto's diversity, variety of events and activities...

Love Toronto's diversity, variety of events and activities to suit singles, couples and families. Truly something for everyone. There are always new spots to explore and adventures to have!! The traffic can be a nightmare, but we have a good transportation system which includes, buses that run 24/7, subway and streetcars as well as WheelTrans. There are many walkable areas to explore as well. Loads of delicious restaurants with a huge variety of cuisine. We host TIFF yearly and other conferences, sporting events and special celebrations. I now live 2.5 hours outside of Toronto and I visit as often as I can as I miss it terribly.

A day trip to Niagara Falls was a highlight.

A day trip to Niagara Falls was a highlight. In the city, don't miss The Shoe Museum....as strange as it may sound. It was exceptional as well as Casa Loma. The story behind it, the "castle", the furnishings, were outstanding.

Yorkville is a charming area and a shopper's dream.

Yorkville is a charming area and a shopper's dream. Trattoria Nervosa and David Rocco's restaurant were charming spots to take a break from exploring and shopping in Yorkville. Queen's Harbour restaurant was a lively restaurant to visit. Food and service were great.

Toronto is a dump. Try getting anywhere in this city.

Toronto is a dump. Try getting anywhere in this city. There was gridlock on Lakeshore at midnight on a weeknight. The TTC is absolute garbage. There is construction everywhere but nothing is being constructed it just adds to the gridlock. I go to Toronto often enough to see the deterioration of the city. It’s sad because Toronto used to be an awesome place. Now it’s miserable. It’s too expensive and frustrating

We really liked our first visit in Toronto, from bicycling on Central Island to Casa Loma on (nearly) top of the city. Evening vibes from the sightseeing bus to walking in Allan Horticultural Park. Enjoyed the town art from Chinatown to the 27 dogs fountain. Also enjoyed a variety of lovey food.

The location of the hotel is great, especially if you want to visit the financial district, downtown Yonge or the CN tower. It was also great for us to take the ferry to the Toronto Islands. The staff was also very nice and helpfull. We arrived in the morning and they kept our luggage until they could give us our room and they came immediately with the additional bed and towels. Even if we had an adicional bed and our luggage in the room, it was still big enough not to fiel uncomfortable.

The location of this hotel is perfect! I loved the Yorkville neighbourhood, and it is easy to get to downtown Toronto either via cab or metro. The room was luxurious and had everything we needed - we got an upgrade to a city view room and had breathtaking views of Toronto tower and the Royal Ontario Museum. Breakfast was a la carte and very tasty!

This hotel was SUPER expensive. Yes, I know it's in downtown Toronto. Still ... The bathroom was super small; you had to leave it to change your mind. A new tax was added to our bill without our being informed. When I phoned about this, the man who answered was most unhelpful. However, a week later I got an email explaining the matter.
