Lovely location in a small village. Wonderful views from the balcony. Very nice quirky apartment with comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Lots to do nearby, amazing walks, the beautiful Justistal valley, boat trips on lake, Interlaken and Thun both great, especially the Chocolate cafe!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Zeit & Traum, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I've stayed in hotels across nearly 40 countries, and this one easily ranks in my top three. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and beautifully designed, but what truly sets it apart is the breathtaking view overlooking the lake—simply stunning. While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, with a view that takes your breath away, and staff that treats you like family, Hotel Zeit & Traum is the place to be.

Gorgeous location & views, very close to public transport which is also free with their local transport card, close to shops too. Spotless and clean, large bathroom and balcony which isn’t common in Europe. Very comfortable bed, bedding and towels. Good wifi. Great restaurant downstairs. No minibar in the rooms but there is a large communal fridge where we kept our wine etc. Easy check in/out process. All ammenities listed were included. From memory this hotel had the 6 sided/elongated diamond adapter with the three prongs but a few countries we visited used either so you should prepare to travel with both anyway, we were able to get one from the shops easily as we forgot to get both at the airport.

We did fair amount of hiking in the mountains and it was fantastic to come back to Beatus, relax at the spa and have great meal and rest. View at the mountains and the lake was superb, we liked salt water and inside pool, swimming in the lake, food: breakfast, dinner any snacks, relaxing atmosphere. Pier for the lake boat was right by the hotel. Staff was always helpful and fantastic. Great service.

Fantastic stay at Eden Spiez - we decided to splash out for our stay and thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff were incredible friendly and helpful. Though on the front side of the hotel, the room still had a lovely view of the lake; we were provided with welcome drinks, and complimentary fresh bottled water (still + sparkling) every day plus chocolates; there were apples available for guests as well, plus as a cake buffet in the afternoon. Car parking was in a secure multistorey car park, and the hotel was situated a few minutes walk from the restaurants/shops of Spiez, and lake. We did not use the spa much, but enjoyed a full body massage on the day of arrival, and will certainly look forward to using the facilities more when we return in future.

We not spend time in the town, but the location was perfect...

We not spend time in the town, but the location was perfect to visit the most popular atractions (Lauterbrunnen, Gelmerbahn,First cliff walk). The lake was beautiful turquoise color. I ask my wife how they paint the lake :) If u can stay longer because this is the fantastic place.

An original, not typical Swiss, hotel overlooking Thuner lake, located in a quiet rural area. The rooms are comfortable and designed with some Chinese elements. The view from the balconies of the rooms facing the lake is really breathtaking! The staff is very nice and helpful. There's also a Chinese restaurant onsite.

The hotel is located 700 m above the sea level. We stay in the room with balcony and a panorama view of Lake Thunersee and the bird view of the town Spiez at the opposite bank of the lake. At the ground floor there is a Chinese or Asian restaurant, as port of the hotel.

best stay in interlaken, hotel itself speaks of its stays view was excellent and room size was slight smaller & bathroom was small but overall the breakfast and resturant and stay was excellent, if given chance, I would like to stay again
