The property is nestled in a fairytale natural setting.

The property is nestled in a fairytale natural setting. During our short stay, there was at least 50 cm of snow, which added to the beauty of the panorama. However, the arrival was easy, also thanks to the directions received. The recommended restaurant satisfied our palate, even if the prices are Swiss standard.

A magnificent place!

A magnificent place! The family room was comfortable with a lovely shower/toilet. The restaurant was pleasant, offering local specialties, and the breakfast buffet was well-stocked. The staff were incredibly friendly; thank you to them for their warm welcome. We stayed one night during a motorcycle trip.

The staff was very friendly.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very poorly furnished. The grout on the wall to the bathroom was moldy and filled with water when showering. The price for this room is completely overpriced.

Ideal location but the hotel fell short of expectations… good restaurant service, reasonable prices, impeccable service, aperitif on the terrace was nice. The room was very small, poor soundproofing, non-existent hotel service, and a disastrous breakfast – truly shameful!

Nicely located for hiking in Val Bedretto, with a post bus stop nearby. There was an ample offering of foods for the included self-service breakfast. Dinner at the restaurant was distinguished by attentive, friendly service and by creative and delicious à-la-carte meals. Our room was clean and well-appointed.

Good location for an overnight stop during a long road trip. The hotel has a very big restaurant with a nice menu. The breakfast offered a few options. The room was small but it did the job. Wifi was slop but I was on the top floor so the signal wasn't great.
