the hotel‘s situated in the center of Lugano. it takes literally a minute to reach the railway station if you take the funicular which is super close to the hotel. the bed in the room was very comfortable!

Our stay was simply marvellous! Morcote is truly beautiful and the Relais is an exquisite little hotel. The design and interior is really well done and it’s even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everybody from the staff was really nice and attentive, especially Alex :) We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Everything was very clean and we were very well welcomed by the hosts. We booked a table in the restaurant and the food was very good. The wine selection is amazing good. The location was great and we had a fantastic view from our room and we were able to charge our eletric car directly at the hotel. Thanks for the hospitality.

Everything was perfectly designed and well thought out from the modern architecture and interiors to the small gardens and the excellent breakfast. Very comfortable and quiet, with great value for money. The croissants and bread were outstanding! Location is also a big plus: close to the city center, the lake and, above all, the train station.     The hotel is located not far from the centre of Caslano's amenities, such as they are in a small place. We were looking for somewhere comfortable and peaceful to put our feet up for a few days on a European road trip. The rooms are large and comfortable and breakfast was exceptional. Although we didn't use it, the pool are and surrounding terrace were lovely. I'd definitely stay here agin if in the area. I should also say that the lake is beautiful!

    Excellent apartment in Caslano. Excellent location for getting around by train and reaching the main station of Lugano or the border with Italy. Kitchen well equipped with accessories, clean, welcoming and quiet rooms. Large balcony for relaxing. Outdoor parking. Close to Coop, Migros and the center of Caslano. A great cafe/bakery nearby. I am traveling with a family, 2 adults + 1 10 year old girl. Super recommended.

    The location is ideal for exploring Caslano and neighboring villages. The managers were responsive and supportive when we encountered various issues, offering a reimbursement, although it hasn't been credited as of today.

    It all about the location and value for Money. Very well positioned at the "hub" of Caslano with a 800 mtrs to the local train which links to Lugano or accross to the border to Ponte Tresa.
