Good facilities and practical location. The area was calm and quiet and moving around with the Ticino ticket was very easy and convenient (bus stop right around the corner). Good base for exploring Ticino, we did a lot of different trips during our stay (easy start by hopping on a bus right in from of the hotel). Short walk down to the waterfront with some restaurants, couple of supermarkets within a couple of minutes by foot. Starting the morning with a breakfast in the garden was a nice way to start the day (excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of choice, fresh fruit and local flavours). Friendly and helpful staff. During our stay, the hotel was fully booked but never felt busy or crowded, the atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed.

Great hotel and facilities. Fabulous staff, helpful and attentive. Room price includes a basic breakfast and access to free coffee, tea, fruit or snack. While slightly out of town, the hotel pays half the taxi fare which we found was a good option for us when arriving from and leaving for the station with much luggage. They also informed us of the free bus pass for tourists which they organised for us but we found the 30 minute walk into town very pleasant. Great views of the mountains and castles from the rooms. Having stayed at other hotels in Bellinzona in the past, this will now become our go to hotel for future visits.

Fantastic location, room was very comfy, and the facilities were modern. The hotel itself is great, but the bar restaurant and beach club is awesome. Positioned right on the lake with beautiful views, sunbeds, an artificial beach, a bar and the food and wine was exceptional. The owner really thought about what he was putting together with this place and I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was exceptional, if you want a place to stay which is a little quieter but still has a bit of action about it, then this is the place.
