Great location. Beautiful surroundings and view. Staff was great. Restaurant onsite is good but pricey. In general on our trip trough Switzerland the dinners were not memorable and cost significantly more than New York City.

The breakfast is very rich with lots of choices. The hotel has the potential of 5 stars quality. I am very satisfied with this hotel experience. It is like a miniature tour. You can enjoy the panoramic view of Lucerne in all directions in the hotel. The location is very good. It takes less 20 minutes from the train station to the hotel. You can take the cable car from Gutsch bus stop directly to the hotel.

Got 2 lovely family rooms nxt to each other and had everything we needed and so comfortable bed lovely too, breakfast great and so helpful , great food was booked out last night but would have loved to have eaten all nights there.
