I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making me feel right at home. My room was very comfortable, spotless, and well-designed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options that started my mornings perfectly. Audrey and Philippe are such wonderful hosts, we felt right at home! We came with 3 bikes doing a larger bike trek, and it was great to be able to store our bikes in the garage (and pump up the tires), have a great meal (both for dinner and breakfast) with produce and dairy from the region, adjusted to one of our vegetarian diets, and enjoy their company and hospitality. We also really enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi as a way to relax after a long day of cycling. The village is pretty, and it's perfectly located along different outdoor routes (hiking/cycling). We stayed in the dortoir, which was exactly what we wanted! Many thanks.

Super friendly hosts who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Lovely card and small treats on arrival and really helpful when there was a slight technical hitch with the oven. Beautifully clean and well equipped apartment.Sad we couldn't stay longer.

The hotel is very beautiful, with a warm and welcoming feel. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff at the hotel were also very kind and helpful, always ready to answer our questions , accomodate our requests and give us precious advice. The hotel is in the center of the city, so it was easy to reach many local attractions, restaurants, and shops. We could easily explore the area on foot or by subway and enjoy all that Lausanne has to offer. Overall, our stay at the Lausanne Palace was a wonderful experience. The beautiful hotel, spacious, comfortable and clean room, friendly staff, and perfect location made the trip very enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!
