This is possibly one of the best value for money places I have stayed. It was fairly newly refurbished so very clean. They staff were excellent and the breakfast was great. Went for a walk before leaving and just excellent

We were having a familly roadtrip and were looking for a get together place, comfy and quiet. Guess what we found, the best option, a lovely chalet with a lot of charm and space, several bedrooms for a bit of intimacy, nice bathrooms and a charming terrasse, all in simplicity. The access is quite simple and not far away from the main road, the view is amasing, and the village is very calm. We would certainly return! All that without mentioning the hospitality of the owner, that welcomed us warmly and showed the place around, made sure that we had all we needed. We recommend the place 100% and would like to again thank the owner for the amasing stay we had.

We visited Bellinzona , Olivone and did several walks which...

We visited Bellinzona , Olivone and did several walks which were fantastic including to the Lukmanier pass which was snow covered and encountered some beaver sized animsls which shrieked a warning when we got close and krpt sn eye on us while we walked about 30 metres away from them . we also walked to the gorge above Olivone . The river was in full flow so it was magnificent and very noisy. Also in Aquarosa the town below Leontica, there is a cheese vending machine and the big brown skinned cheese is delicious ( about 14 Swiss francs)
