A lovely town filled with shops and restaurants on the edge of a stunning lake. A great place to take a boat ride to nearby towns, go for walks or enjoy the lake with nice restaurants and shops. There are two gondolas nearby and it's a short train ride to the castles of Bellinzona or the activities near Monte Tamaro. One of the most beautiful places in the region. Tourists' friendly atmosphere. Fantastic Free Ticino Transportation Ticket. Ability to visit other towns i.e. Locarno, Bellinzona in convenient way. The hotel is in front of the train station that can take you to lots of places, and the hotel gave us a code that let us use the train and ferry for free to go any were in Switzerland.
