Cannot say enough great things about this inn!! The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were so clean. Location was great! This inn is close to everything but located on a quiet street so you can get a good night's sleep. Absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel right in the middle of Brienz. Very clean, staff very friendly, very good breakfast, great restaurant for an evening meal. A hotel with character. I would highly recommend this hotel for location, service, food and cleanliness. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for us.

Excellent location with amazing view to Lake Brienz. Although we had a single room booked for our family, we had an upgrade with separate room for kids which added a lot to the confort. Rooms were ready for us very early in the day(we got there around 10 and checked in). On departure we had to leave 7AM and although breakfast time was after 7.30 the host prepared for each of us a nice bag with sandwiches, fruits, water and juices. Coffee was available for us as well (coffee is extremely importan to me 😊). All in all, the obly downside is that we couldn’t stay longer.
