Great hotel in the scenic Grimsel Pass area. Fabulous location for walking or visiting the Gelmerbahn. Bus stops at the door and it's only 1 hour from Meiringen. The terrace restaurant is nice for during the day or pre-dinner drinks. Food is outstanding especially considering the isolated location. Well done to the kitchen staff and chef.

    Our room had an unexpected surprise... a loft with a ladder leading up to it and 2 extra beds. We could've brought the kids! The hotel itself was beautifully Swiss throughout. The restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was exceptional. Excellent location.
