The bike room had ample space to store bikes. Thankfully, I didn't need any of the tools, but I was able to make sure my tires were topped off before any ride. The dining area is pretty great as well. You can easily find your room number on the table. The breakfast is perfect for fueling before a ride and the staff quickly tops off any drinks or items running low. Dinner service is also great with a handful of all delicious options. Conveniently, the funicular is also nearby so you can start your hike with a view of the valley.

If you know, you know ! Here you will find something special. Simple, grounded, no frills but full of warmth, hospitality, laughter and great food. Nicoletta and Kiki were wonderful, the food and drink all homemade, all local, was great. Peaceful, serene with stunning views. If you are lucky you might bump into Angelina Jolie... we did !

I never got the woman’s name who checked us in and took care of us for our entire stay, but she really was the best. We checked in on 21/8 for 2 nights. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant downstairs. Beds were comfy. Everything was sparkling clean. The views - unbelievable. We booked this last minute and weren’t very prepared for the mountains - she even offered her own clothes when we said we wanted to go hiking 🥹 Another gentleman brought us delicious prosciutto and melon to start our dinner the 2nd night. This stay was a 100/10 and we already want to return - better prepared ;-) Thank you for everything.

Amazing authentic house with everything you would need to feel like home. Amazing location, beautiful mountains and waterfall view just outside of the window. 10 minutes walk to the waterfall and hiking area in the beautiful forest and mountains. Supermarket, Pizza places 10 minutes walk maximum. Easy check in/ check out. Parking space just in front of the house. Very helpful hosts. I put 10 points without any hesitation and wish I will stay at this lovely house and location again.

It’s a great place for a-stopover for us traveling from the...

It’s a great place for a-stopover for us traveling from the uk to the ferry port in Ancona, Italy, en-route to Turkey by car. Our dogs stay at the hotel with us. Foods good, service great! Would, and have, recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

Unfortunately, Piotta is very lacking in attractions.

Unfortunately, Piotta is very lacking in attractions. The most frequent public transportation (buses) run once an hour, with some lines even more infrequent. Many bars and restaurants were closed (perhaps due to COVID), but they still didn't seem inviting.

Lovely Motel ideal for travelling through to Italy. The staff were great and we had a really pleasant evening meal. The hotel is new and very clean, the room was very nice and the beds comfortable. There is a nice bar and cute garden with a pond. Very good value for money

This is an old fashioned hotel in a convenient location for travelling through Switzerland. Our room was a good size. The hotel restaurant has a set evening menu of two courses for 25 swiss francs. The food was good.

Such a lovely straight forward hotel ...easy access ..free great parking ..if your to late for food garage 200m walk ...accomodating friendly hotel staff...would defo stay there again
