The honeycomb at the breakfast just so good!; then being able to go out in the afternoon while the hotel provided facilities for late check out and keeping the ski staff in the ski room, this helped us to have full use of the day! My daughter just loved the message found in the bathroom "save the snowflakes"!

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The decor is spot on. Breakfast had a wide selection of fresh dishes for everyone's taste. Rooms are updated and are larger than expected with a nice balcony. Mini bar was included, nice touch. The staff was very helpful in providing local amenity and ski information. They went out of their way to help us with accommodation resolution due to being stuck in Zermat as a result from a heavy snow storm which caused the trains to be cancelled. Thank you Hotel Daniella!

Everything was excellent! The hotel is spotlessly clean, and I liked everything about my stay. The breakfast was absolutely perfect — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. Very nice aan idyllic place if you like to relax and hike. Great place to roam around and visit other places from there. Zermatt was a bit disappointing, but it was also off season. Nice for an afternoon, but beter to stay in Randa.

The location was amazing! Beautiful little town of Randa, not too far away from the train station and the hike to the longest suspension bridge in the world! The host was kind enough to let us store our luggage the next day so that we could do the hike. Our room had the view of the snow-capped mountains and the size was perfect for 4 people. It was also very clean.

The apartment is well-outfitted, bed is comfortable-firm but that's how we like it. You can even see the Klein Matterhorn lying in bed through the window on a clear day. Enough space for a family with 2 small kids to eat, sleep. Bonus was the trampoline in the garden and some footballs the kids could enjoy. Katarina the host was easy to reach at all times.

The owner is very nice and very helpful. He assisted with booking taxi and gave us some tips of places to go. The location is very good, a few minutes from the train station that takes you directly to Zermatt. It is overall good value compared to most other hotels in the area.

The owners were a jovial couple and they made sure that our stay was great. We were looking for a property below Zermatt since we did not want to leave our car at the train station and this stay was ideal for that. We also got parking right in front of the hotel.
