Booking the right hotel has always been part of our travel itinerary. Schloss, Zermatt is definitely a must try. It is located just across the main train station, 3mins away from the gornegratt railway, 10mins away from sunnega blauherd station. The main road where everything is from shops, to restaurants, and grocery is just a couple of minutes away. The facilities are amazing with a heated pool, a spa, a big balcony, and a working fridge. Breakfast choices are more than enough and are real good. Plus all room booking include afternoon tea. The staff are lovely and courteous. This hotel is worth every penny.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, the location is convenient and close to the train station, and the free shuttle to the hotel was a big plus. The spa and the breakfast were excellent as well, and the view of the mountains was absolutely stunning.

Everything was great. Good location near train station. Staff at both front reception and restaurant were attentive and provided good information about Zermatt. The room and amenities are good. The double glass door and windows keep the room quiet even near to train station. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Zermatt/ Taesch.

Very nice aan idyllic place if you like to relax and hike. Great place to roam around and visit other places from there. Zermatt was a bit disappointing, but it was also off season. Nice for an afternoon, but beter to stay in Randa.

The Hotel owner/manager was friendly and welcoming. There was always individual attention and staff were helpful and prepared to go the "extra mile". The rooms were clean and very well appointed with Miele appliances in the kitchen area if you wanted to self cater. The hotel is the perfect location if you want to walk to the Charles Kuonen Suspension Bridge - the first sign post for the walk is right outside. (walk not to be missed) With this hotel the value for money is exceptional.

Beautiful small town. Rooms are big that can accommodate 3 big bags, toilet is big too. The apartment also equipped with kettle and basic toiletries like shower gel and shampoo. Owner is very responsive and accommodating. Location quite close to Randa Station about 10min walk.

The room was really cute and cosy. The view of Matterhorn from our balcony was breath taking. I booked this apartment particularly for my dad who wanted to visit Matterhorn. The neighbours were so nice. And Randa is just a 15 minute train ride from Zermatt.
