Staff (The Highlight!): The staff and management here are outstanding—professional, warm, and truly among the best in Switzerland! I booked a weekend ski trip for my husband’s birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond by making my husband a personalized birthday cake. The way they arranged everything was both personal and professional, showing genuine care for their guests. They also helped us book a restaurant in town, going the extra mile to communicate with the restaurant to secure a table for us, even when they were previously fully booked Restaurant: Clean, modern, and absolutely delicious—a perfect place to refuel after a day on the slopes. Final Verdict: This hotel delivers an amazing experience in every aspect. From the unbeatable location to the top-notch service, it’s a must-visit for anyone looking for a hassle-free ski getaway. Spacious rooms, very good breakfast and a nice spa. Everything feels new and clean. They have (paid) underground parking which makes traveling by car much easier. I was there in summer but it is also the perfect location for your winter ski adventure in Flims - the ski lifts are accessible from the same building complex.
