The hosts Christophe and Michel are the most wonderful and pleasant hosts, made our stay so memorable! The breakfast they prepare is exceptional, using fresh and local produce, and decorated with freshly cut flowers with daily colour theme. Absolutely adorable.

If instrruction had been more clearer we would have found it .( put in the details its just up, the road from Migos Shopping centre ) as we walked to far up the street looking for it in a hot afternoon Temperature . The stairs we coped with . It was central to m ost places and the metro

The check-in was fast and smooth. Rooms were big and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking was an advantage. City is accessible via train /bus and is around 30 mins away. Travel card provided was useful.

The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures. It had everything a traveller may need to relax and was very spacious. I personally recommend staying here if you're in Lausanne as it was very well connected to the public transport. The staff was very polite. I must say if i ever visit Lausanne in future, I would surely choose this hotel again.

**A Delightful Stay at Novotel Bussigny** Having recently stayed at the 5-star Savoy Hotel in Lausanne, we were curious to see how Novotel Bussigny would compare. While both hotels welcome pets, our experience at Novotel Bussigny was uniquely enjoyable due to its warm and homely atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff. The hotel exudes an inviting ambiance that made our stay truly pleasant. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. One of the standout features was the hotel's design and amenities. Everything seemed within easy reach, making our stay incredibly convenient. We were particularly impressed by the natural pool available for guests, complete with comfortable loungers, providing a perfect place to relax. Additionally, the hotel's chef and kitchen were commendable. We dined in their restaurant several evenings, enjoying the delicious and beautifully presented meals. The culinary experience was a highlight, making us look forward to our dinners at the hotel. Initially, we booked for just one night at Novotel Bussigny, but after experiencing the wonderful ambiance and excellent service, we extended our stay for an additional four nights. While the Savoy has its advantages, particularly its central location, it lacks the cozy atmosphere we found at Novotel Bussigny. One small critique is the lack of background music in the bar and restaurant, which is quite common back home. However, this did not detract significantly from our overall experience. In summary, our stay at Novotel Bussigny was delightful. The warm atmosphere, exceptional service, well-thought-out amenities, and enjoyable dining made it a memorable experience.
