The rooms were very large, clean, comfortable and quiet. The facilities and surrounding grounds were beautiful and very easily accessible. The museum and wine-tasting was a very interesting and enjoyable addition to our stay.

It was a pleasure and also an honor to stay in a castle with a so long history. We liked the kindness of the hosts, the great parking opportunities and travelling with a dog it was nice to have dog friendly walking areas nearby.

The hotel itself it's very welcoming, decor, staff, ambience, it's really a pleasant place. The spa it's very well preserved and clean, and has everything one could ever need to relax and have a good time. The room was super clean and comfortable, the attention to details like little gifts or personalized welcome cards were the cherry on top! The restaurant it's also a must, very good food and professional staff. Breakfast was on point, a lot of variety and was the perfect way to end our visit to such a lovely place. Will definitely return, its simply one of the best hotels I've ever been!

Coming across this place as the first of its kind which would be suitable for disabled friendly. I would definitely count on it to bring elderly people on a trip to Swiss and host them here to be comfortable and to show them the best of Switzerland. We spent the NYE here, spending a quite time, enjoying a few fireworks from the neighbor hood and relishing the time walking around to explore a bit of the town. Also relished a view of the crystal clear sky and the stars, beautiful. Great views, very friendly staff, she gave us good insights about the local food and some places to go explore around. Stein am Rhein and Rheinfalls are definitely a recommendation to go check around.

It was not my first stay but I am not disappointed this time either. The location is close to the centre, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was satisying. Bonus that the bike rental is complimentary and the lake is really close.

Awesome location to chill and have relax time with your partner. However, if you are by walk and wish to go out for dinner/drinks it may not the best since during the week most of the restaurants around are closed.
