Awesome location, great size room and nice to get a balcony to see the gorgeous view. Breakfast was pretty good (Nutella on tap!!) but the thing that impressed me the most was the staff. The manager Roger was very responsive when we had a delayed train and thought we couldn't make the check in time. When we arrived with two minutes to spare, he still took the time to tell us about where to explore in Interlaken and even highlighting a map for us. What a gem!

The location is perfect, on the shore of the lake; it is a quiet area and everything was perfect! Good food, the breakfast was delicious and the lady who helped us was very nice! Carmen, from the reception is also a very nice person; the personnel was supportive and kind! The room was spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom! I would recommend it strongly!

We stayed in the Japanese room and it was absolutely perfect. Nice view, sauna on the terrace and jacuzzi in the bathroom. The service is excellent and we felt pampered for the entirety of our stay. They delivered breakfast to our room every morning, snacks and sodas/beer were always available in the room (with the possibility of refills), a bottle of white wine and red wine free of charge in the room and we were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and a delicious cheese/meat platter. Highly recommended for couples who want to spend a relaxing and romantic weekend in the mountains.

Location was perfect. Just 10 mins bus ride from Interlaken OST. It is a nice Swiss style chalet with restaurant downstairs. It is set in front of a small lake, balcony was nice and big overlooking snow covered mountains. Best location. Quiet yet easily accessible. Staff was extra nice. Peter at the desk made our stay exceptional.

Unterseen and Interlaken have a lot to offer.

Unterseen and Interlaken have a lot to offer. We have spend majority of our time outdoors, enjoying nature. The ski resorts around Unterseen are amazing and within just 30 minutes you are on the slopes but without spending a fortune of money for a hotel, as it is usually the case when staying at a mountain resort.

The church square is very pretty.

The church square is very pretty. Interlaken train station is a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is in a quiet area. There are plenty of places to eat and supermarkets nearby. It's also great to take day trips to nearby villages.

The resort is ideally located: we're at the foot of high mountains and glaciers. The hikes are extraordinary: stunning views, lush green pastures, and wonderful alpine villages. It's a shame the cost of living is so high; otherwise, we would have stayed longer.

Unterseen is a small district of the city of Interlaken,...

Unterseen is a small district of the city of Interlaken, with beautiful houses and streets, framed by the arms of the Aare river. Numerous bars and restaurants with international specialties, pastry shops and cafes, mountain views, clean air, all contribute to creating an excellent impression. It is very easy to reach here by train, both at the Interkaken West and Interkaken Ost stations.

For what you pay, you can’t really complain and should know what to expect. The shared toilet and shower isn’t ideal but we knew that we would have to share. But it was dirty. We had a sink in our room and washed from that and cleaned it ourselves. Great location though! Oh and the bar next door is really loud you won’t get any sleep. But again we saw the reviews knew what to expect. We only booked as booking.com cancelled our hotel we booked months ago 2 days before we got there.

The location of this apartment is ideal, Unterseen is the ideal place to stay as the centre of Interlaken is quite touristy and commercialised. The apartment was perfect for our needs with excellent restaurants and supermarkets very close. It was lovely to swim in the river just 10 meters away from the apartment some evenings and enjoy a take out pizza and bottle of wine. The covered balcony was perfect for watching the world go by in the morning and evenings.

We stayed at one of the apartments at this completely new and modern hotel. My son is using manual wheelchair and found this apartment very comfortable with spacious and excellent accessible bathroom. The stuff was very helpful and kind. Clean, walking distance from the train station with best location to the old town and the river. Loved this place! We will definitely come back!

It’s automatic check in , but the owner’s wine bar is few steps away , I can easily access if I have questions! The hotel is very simple designed with class ! I like it very much !
