It was an incredible spot. A splurge for a superior room had us directly facing the Massif with a stunning view. All of the staff throughout the hotel were fabulous....particularly server Bernadita and bartender Paula. We booked full board and did not regret it. A terrific range of cocktails, wine and fantastic food from appetizers to entrees to desserts. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Options for dining room, bistro or dining in your room were all available. There is a beautiful indoor pool, sauna and fitness room for use and spa services for additional cost. Special touch is lamb on a spit done many of the weekdays and available for tasting. A truly special place that exceeded our expectations!!

Everything was amazing, the location is so beautiful, right next to the river with the mountains around. It's very comfortable, warm, clean and the staff are professional, friendly and helpful. A special mention to Gabriel. The food is excellent, especially the buffet dinner which is fresh, varied and abundant! There are also several tours which can be arranged through the hotel.✨

Patrick, the owner, was incredible! He totally saved us when we got a flat tire. There are no service stations for 90 miles, but Patrick repaired our flat on the spot. He also offered to sell us gasoline if we ran short (which is easy to do in Torres del Paine - no service stations anywhere near). The view from the lodge across the Serano River towards the Horns was amazing.

This place is magical! The location feels remote, far away from the world. The drive over is beautiful, the estancia so picturesque, with horses and sheep wondering about. Laguna Verde is a stone's throw away, the mountains are visible from the very large living room window. There is a fireplace to complete the picture of a cosy getaway. Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Can we please stay here forever?!
