This hotel is truly beautiful and modern — you can immediately feel that it’s new. Everything is spotlessly clean, the rooms are spacious and cozy, with excellent amenities and a stylish design. The staff deserves special praise: incredibly friendly and attentive, they took into account all our wishes and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was a real delight — delicious, varied, and served with care. We were genuinely impressed by the high level of service and atmosphere at this hotel. Here you don’t just feel like a guest, but like a truly valued person who is cared for. It’s definitely a place we would love to return to again and again. A special thanks goes to the manager, Shaheen. Since we don’t speak Chinese, her excellent English helped us in every situation. Thanks to her assistance and attentiveness, we always felt confident and at ease. She is a true professional, and employees like her make the stay in this hotel truly exceptional.

Staff were so helpful even before i got there. David (night manager) was super friendly and helpful. Lynne Zhang was super friendly with correspondence on email / information too, before i got there. Breakfast was so good and the feel of the restaurant (including the super view) was very up market. What you would expect from a brand new Hilton Hotel. Congradulations Hilton Team and thanks again!

First of all the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially a big thanks to Mr. Gordon G. [Director of Rooms] who has helped me a lot in many ways. Secondly the facilities are very nice and rooms are spacious and well decorated. The location of the hotel itself is, in my opinion, only suitable if one is visiting in respect to business to be done at the expo center opposite to the hotel. For tourist purposes it is too far out from the city.
