I had a problem when I lost my phone and the personnel did everything they could to help me in this difficult situation. The service was really remarkable. Nice big apartments, excellent price quality. Short walk from the sea, but there's a shuttle or cheap cabs. Also, it's a quieter place than the hotels at the coast of sanya and the Night Market on the other site of the road is really nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resort & Spa! We arrived early in the morning, and the staff kindly provided our room right away — such a nice gesture after a long flight. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Special thanks to Maria at the reception — she speaks Russian and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Her support and kindness made our vacation truly enjoyable! 💐 The beach is clean and well maintained, there are plenty of sunbeds, and the whole territory is green and beautiful. Bars, restaurants, and pools are excellent — everything is top quality. It’s a calm and relaxing place, perfect for a peaceful getaway. We will definitely come back again — the hotel fully met and even exceeded our expectations!

The boss's service and attitude were excellent. I was very satisfied with the room. It was quite clean and tidy. Unlike many other apartments, the quilts and pillows here were not yellowish. There was a balcony where I could dry my clothes. I felt very comfortable staying here. It's a hotel apartment with a high cost performance. I was recommended to come here by a friend. I will choose to stay at this hotel again when I come to Sanya next time.
