We loved our stay, in fact this was our second time chose to stay with Hyatt Regency Wujiaochang because it was such a highlight for my daughter during our last trip in China. There’s a huge mall attached to the hotel with easy access to it, we had a lot of fun exploring, shopping and trying different food. Great swimming facility. Overall feels really safe as you need to go to the lobby area first then change lift and swipe the room card to access your floor. We will be back again for sure.

Very nice hotel with good gym, narrow lap pool, in unit washer/dryer combo. Quiet neighborhood, metro and mall closeby. Nice river walk and open sidewalks for biking with many rental bikes in the area. Staff members Lemmy, Eric, Ms Yang and all the others are very helpful with many able to speak English. Will stay here again.

good location. we received an upgrade at the reception. the room was BIG, comfortable, modern. bathroom was huge with walkin shower. our room was at higher floor with all glass wall and beautiful view. complementary tea and bottled water in the room as well as at the reception. breakfast was excelent, wide variety of foods (hot and cold). We were there during Bebinca typhoon and the personnell was very helpful during whole time. Receptionist helped us beyond what was neccessary - arranged taxi where we could pay in euros to take us to the airport during peak of the typhoon. AMAZING service, thanks
