The staff is great. Prior to my arrival, communication was smooth—Melody speaks excellent English and provided all the information I needed about activities in Guilin. During my stay, Ms. Bai was incredibly kind. Despite her limited English, we managed to communicate easily with translation apps. She helped me find a nearby restaurant and we even shared a pleasant conversation over tea. The hotel’s facilities are modern, and my room had everything I needed. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, which could be inconvenient depending on your plans in Guilin. However, this is something you can easily see on the map before booking, so it wasn’t a surprise. Plus, the distance is compensated by mountain views and the peaceful surroundings. For me, it was completely worth it—after long days of exploring, the tranquility of the hotel and the nearby dining options made it the perfect place to relax.

First and foremost, the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the mouthwatering halal meals (they prepared especially according to our culture)provided in the morning.The hosts went above and beyond to ensure that each meal was not only prepared with love and care but also represented the rich flavors of authentic Arab cuisine. The variety of dishes offered was extensive, catering to different preferences and dietary requirements. Each meal was a culinary delight that I savored to the last bite. Moving on to the accommodation, the rooms were well-furnished and thoughtfully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming ambiance. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the comfortable bedding to the tasteful decor that reflected the local culture. Excellent stay. The staff were very friendly, helping us with everything.

Location is very idyllic and not too far away from Guilin. It only takes 15 minutes to get there. There is an in-house restaurant with excellent food! Also other restaurants close by. Owner helped us book a group tour to the rice terraces (for just 268 RMB per person), and also a private tour to Yangshuo and Xingping. Very good service!

Exceeded All Expectations! "Our stay here was nothing short of perfect.The room was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The bed was so comfortable we slept like babies. The rooftop bar offers stunning views of the city, and the breakfast buffet had a huge variety of delicious options. A truly 5-star experience."

Everything was just great. Thank you very much for making our holiday so enjoyable. We had a luxurious room with a balcony, a bathroom and a view of the river. Every day we were given a delicious breakfast: scrambled eggs, coffee, fruit. The staff is very nice, they helped us with everything. The owner speaks English very well and can help, tell us how to get everywhere we need by public transport. There is a washing machine on the roof, you can use it for free. The room has everything you need: soap, toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, comb, slippers, towels. Wifi works well. The location is not in the very center, but by taxi for 10 yuan, or by bus for 2 yuan, or on foot for 20-30 minutes you can get everywhere you need without problems.
