Melissa was amazing, she spoke excellent English and helped me discover places to visit in the city. She was incredibly kind and truly made my stay special. The staffs are very polite and friendly. We requested for an ashtray in our room and they explained that the hotel is non-smoke hotel but they upgraded our room to a sea view suite with balcony so that we can smoke at the balcony instead. So sweet of them 🤗
