One of the nicest guesthouses we have ever been to. The couple was so lovely and welcoming, they drove us around and helped with everything. They also served very good Chinese foods, and we ended the night with some karaoke togetger with other guest.

The host and the housekeeper were incredibly informative. The house keeper communicated through translation but her warmth and friendliness needed no translation and we were looked after incredibly well. Between them, they organised all our transport, advised us on the best places to visit and the housekeeper cooked us the most delicious breakfast which fortified us to do a 2.5 hour hike on the Great Wall of China. I would stay here every time if I was wanting to visit the wall and even just as a beautiful place to relax.

Our hosts were simply amazing! They were just so lovely. Amazing overnight ha stay! Very authentic. We had trouble with organising transfer from Beijing but then found this accommodation. our host picked us up from our Beijing city hotel and too us back at a very reasonable and much much cheaper price than anything we looked at! Also took us to and picked us up from the water town when needed. Honestly never post normally but felt I needed to share what a wonderful experience we had! We also had breakfast made for us and there was plenty and at a very reasonable price and was very yum!

Location: The property is ten minutes walk to Mutianyu cable car, so you can be the first person on the wall in the morning. Facilities: The hotel is very modern, cosy and comfortable. Service: extraordinary! Owners are very nice and helpful: they organised my pick up from Beijing hotel, the way back they even drove me back themselves. They gave great tips about the walk on the wall. Food: Food was amazing. I can only recommend this place.

Micky and her family were superb hosts. They house is beautifully decorated with really comfortable rooms. Breakfast was the best we had during our stay in China. We were so lucky to have found such a beautiful home stay and such excellent hospitality.
