What a beautiful place! The first thing I said to my wife when we got into the room was, “I want my bedroom to be like this!” It is so beautifully decorated and well-kept. We arrived extremely early and were allowed to check-in early and have breakfast (cannot say that this is the norm, and should be an expectation, this is just our experience). The bath is lovely and the water-pressure from the shower is amazing…..possibly the best shower I’ve had! We appreciated how close it is to the National Park and the Grand Canyon. The staff were very helpful and so welcoming. We managed to book all of our excursions through the hotel and all of our questions (of which there were many!) were answered. If I were to revisit Zhangjiajie, I would stay at this hotel without hesitation. Oh, and a special thank you for collecting us from the train station!

Highly recommended for those who is planning to visit Zhangjiajie. Don't worry about the location as it's very convenient to book a Didi to travel around Zhangjiajie. It's common to travel for 20-45mins by Didi from one destination to another in Zhangjiajie as the national parks ate located in different places. The view and facilities of the hotel made us wanted to spend more time in the hotel. The staffs would create a Wechat group upon check in, so that you could request or enquire anything. They are very helpful! It would be a plus point for those who likes dogs and cats too. They even provide free shuttle to airport/train station (they will contact you via Booking.com).

Whether it was the online concierge or the front desk service, everything was very considerate. They helped us book many tickets for Zhangjiajie, which was very convenient and worry-free, thumbs up 👍. The room was thoughtfully upgraded to a family room, and they arranged for us to stay in the same room without changing, which was very attentive. The breakfast combined Western and Chinese styles, with both coffee and Chinese rice noodles, fairly standard. There are also free washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient for tourists like us who hadn't done laundry for several days. It's not far from the East Gate entrance, so you can return to the hotel for a rest immediately after going out, which is great, and there are all kinds of shops nearby. Overall, it was pretty good.

Absolutely fabulous stay! The room was clean, modern, with cozy beds and soft pillows. The facilities were great — auto-flush toilets, excellent A/C, and refreshing showers. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from the East Gate. Scott, the manager, speaks excellent English and gave really helpful advice on routes and tickets to explore Zhangjiajie efficiently. Highly recommended!

New Infrastructure, well and basically modern equipped rooms, clean, good location for National Park. Hotel Team doesn’t speak English, but communication via app was no problem and they are very helpful. Excellent communication in English with remote employee through whatsapp (available at almost any time and very good service)

The staff was very friendly and even helped us making the schedule during our stay. If you need suggestions they help you and tell you what you can do. The hotel is also very clean and the location is very nice if you want to visit the National Forest Park. There are a few shops and restaurants around the hotel. where you can buy a few things.
