The best place to stay in Xian! Everything was perfect, and I did not want to leave the hotel. The decoration was super elegant, sophisticated, and of exquisite taste. The bedding, pillows, towels, and amenities were of fantastic quality. A super cozy but also practical sitting area, a good place to read, well lit, with windows from floor to ceiling. The room offered many details, like a walk-in closet, a tocador, and a lot of space to put things. It felt like home. For breakfast, there was an enormous variety of dishes from everywhere, with an outstanding service. At the lobby, they helped us arrange a guided tour to see the Terracotta Warriors, the guide was amazing. Try to go to the roof terrace, nice drinks and beautiful views.

The facility is cozy and clean. The bar is a great plus. The location is rather convenient. It takes around 15 min to the city wall as well as the metro stations. Staffs there are quite friendly!

I like the way the staff supports me. Their breakfast was awesome, and the bed size was too good, and the sanitization staff was coming every day to clean the room.

The reception staff were professional and responsive, especially Lead Guest Service Moon, who provided exceptional help in purchasing train tickets and later assisted us by phone in resolving issues at the station. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel truly welcome. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail in both the amenities and overall design. The facilities were excellent, although they ask everyone one to wear swimming caps – from the pool and gym to the restaurant, everything was well-maintained and of high quality. I especially appreciated the five star buffet on the week end and the breakfast with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. A special thank you to Vivi whom when above and beyond ! Absolutely fantastic and professional behaviour towards us. She showed great kindness in accommodating our family, she’s an asset to the hotel/company.
